01 Acceptance of Terms of Use

This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") governs the relationship between you ("Member" or "User") and bro178 ("Platform", "we", "us") in connection with your use of bro178.click and all services provided therein.

By accessing the bro178 website, registering as a member, or using any part of our platform — whether for Sports Betting, Live Casino games, baccarat, e-sports, virtual sports, or any other service — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by all terms contained in this document.

02 Member Eligibility

03 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to have one (1) bro178 account only. This includes accounts registered under different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment details. Holding more than one account is a serious violation and will result in the termination of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as shown on your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport
• An active mobile number registered in your name
• A valid and accessible email address
• Exact date of birth
• Bank account or e-wallet details for payment purposes

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. bro178 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.

04 Deposits & Payment Methods

Bro178 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods only:

All deposits are in MYR. bro178 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. bro178 does not charge any fees for deposit transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction.
• You may only make deposits using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Bro178 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership where necessary.
• Failed or unverified deposits must be reported to bro178 customer support within 30 minutes.

05 Withdrawal

Bro178 is committed to processing all withdrawal requests within 10 to 15 minutes after the request has been submitted and approved, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM20 per request.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same account or e-wallet used for the original deposit.
• Members are required to complete the identity verification (KYC) process before their first withdrawal can be processed.
• Bro178 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawal requests exceeding RM5,000 per day.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed if there are active bets or pending bonus rollover requirements. All conditions must be fully met before a withdrawal can be initiated.
• Withdrawals on regular days (Monday–Sunday) are processed throughout the day, including public holidays.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Bro178 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms; however, the following general conditions apply to all bonus types:

• Each bonus has its own rollover requirements (wagering requirements) that must be met before any withdrawal can be processed. Rollover requirements are clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.

07 Sports Betting Rules

This section governs all Sports Betting activities on bro178, including football (Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga), badminton, tennis, e-sports, virtual sports, and all other available sports.

• Accepted bets: All bets are final once confirmed by the bro178 system. No bet may be cancelled or amended after a match has commenced, except in the case of a verified technical error.
• Odds: bro178 reserves the right to adjust odds at any time before a match begins. Accepted bets will be settled at the odds in place at the time the bet was placed.
• Cancelled match: If a match is cancelled or not completed within the stipulated timeframe, all related bets will be fully refunded unless otherwise stated in the relevant sport's rules.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are subject to the final confirmed result. bro178 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has occurred but before the system has had time to update.
• Betting limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by sport, league, and market type. Current limits are displayed on the bro178 betting interface.
• Parlay/Accumulator: Parlay bets require all legs to win. Any cancelled leg will be counted as a win at odds of 1.00 within the parlay.

08 Casino Games & Live Casino

All casino games at bro178 — including slots, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and Live Casino games with real dealers — are powered by licensed third-party software and use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.

• The outcome of all casino games is final and cannot be disputed on the basis of assumptions, expectations, or personal belief.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

• Offensive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards staff or other players
• Instructions or directives from regulatory authorities

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, bro178 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and active bets. Verifiable real-money balances may be returned upon completion of an investigation, at bro178's sole discretion.

11 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

• Service disruptions, delays, or technical errors occurring beyond bro178's reasonable control.

Bro178's total liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12 Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law
